Fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene. It is a modified material of polytetrafluoroethylene with similar properties and good processing performance of thermoplastic. Similarly, FEP also has excellent electrical insulation, high atmospheric stability and better radiation resistance than PTFE.
Broad temperature range, good performance at low temperature
It is chemically resistant and insert
Slippery surface, non-stick
High pressure resistance
Tight dimensional tolerances, good aging resistance
